Kendall Property Management is a small firm serving the needs of the northern Okanagan, from West Kelowna to Vernon. Currently, there are two property managers working with the firm:

Kathleen Kendall, the managing broker, has over 15 years of experience with property management. She has been in Kelowna for over 20 years now and is quite knowledgeable with the marketplace.

James McCullough is the latest addition to the team, and brings a background rich in experience with the hospitality industry. Analyzing the marketplace, determining correct rental rates, and being able to identify strong candidates for tenancy are his specialties.

Along with the support staff in the office, Kendall Property Management offers a more personal service compared to the larger firms in Kelowna and other cities. People entering our doors know our names as well as we know theirs. Our owners know they can reach out to us at any time and get a voice on the other end. We try our best to respond to their requests within a few hours time, at most, and make their needs a top priority when managing their units.

We are small, knowledgeable, and personable. We are always looking for new owners to work with and help them achieve their investment properties' goals.

Our Services


Get a fair and accurate assessment of the value of your rental property. A growing database of rental rates through the Okanagan make sure we never undersell your property.


Along with routine inspections, we handle all the maintenance arrangements. We use our in-house maintenance personnel as much as we can to keep costs low. Professional work at affordable prices.


Owners receive monthly income/expense reports, inspection reports, and maintenance updates to keep our owners well-informed of what is happening with their unit. Communication is key and we are always available to answer questions from our owners.


We keep a close eye on your property with quarterly inspections through the year, detailed inspection reports, and other inspections as required. All to keep your property in the best condition possible.


We handle the collecting of rent, utilities upon request, and can handle strata fees, as well. Money is deposited into the owner's accounts by the 15th each month.


We find the best people for your property, the ones who pay on time, maintain it properly, and live quietly without disrupting their neighbours.
